Ancient Lombard chest with coat of arms

Chest – Lombardy – Louis XIII period – First half of 1600s – Lacquered wood with coat of arms.

Antique chest, coming from Lombardy and from the first half of the 1600s, full of the Louis XIII Era.

What makes it special, beyond its antiquity, are the original lacquering with this wonderful noble design on the wavy "grembiale" and the dimensions that make it practically placeable anywhere, even in a corridor.

The chest still needs to be restored (we were in a hurry to show it to you!) restoration included in the price which includes touch-up of the missing lacquering with a brush and internal cleaning with lining.
