XXL Cross – Italy – Baroque period – Early 18th century – Silvered copper foil, lapis lazuli, rhodochrosite and malachite.

For the most avid enthusiasts, we offer you today a tasty antiquity, for the most refined palates: large cross entirely in silvered copper foil, set with various semi-precious stones: pink rhodochrosite in the centre, green malachite at the horizontal ends and in the other two sides the blue lapis lazuli.

Rear wooden support found already restored, small cracks on the hard stones, patina on the silvered copper foil, but no breakage and, extraordinarily, not so heavy antiquity, can be hung on the wall using a rear hanger.
