Ministerial table lamp entirely in solid brass with original emerald green translucent glass lampshade.
But what is a Ministry lamp?! Now a cult antique, they were an iconic must-have for powerful people of the past and hence the name: it is unthinkable that a statesman, a notary or a banker would not have one on their desk!
Coming from Rome, early 1900s, you can also find the two-light version online from the same collection.
Brass structure with crank that regulates the projection of the hat and wheel to decide the height. Switching on and off via original Bakelite loop.
On the cup into which the lampshade is inserted, on the base and under the base, the writing "Ministry Lamp" is written.
Patina, wear, cracks on the bakelite of the frame, chipping on the lampshade, but electrical system checked and guaranteed.
