Ancient Regency Bookcase
Bookcase - London - Regency Period - Early 19th century - Mahogany wood.
Large bookcase of truly special sizes, given the right depth to avoid having an annoying double row of books.
London, in inlaid mahogany, upper part with original arched glass, 4 doors above, 4 central drawers (two small and two larger) 2 doors at the ends.
Full Regency Era, the English Regency that the most precise antiquarians identify as the period from 1811 to 1830.
Interiors lacquered in the typical English light blue-blue, rosettes on the outer doors.
The piece of furniture needs to be restored (as always in the price) and in the photos you can even see it in stock, but we believe that given the 200-odd years of this bookcase, you are already absolutely capable of understanding it like this!
Truly rare antiquity.
