XXL bust from Germany, precisely from the gypsum gallery of the owner of the Wunderkammer that we are emptying.
Large statue, in white gypsum and profiled base with gold painted edge, second half of around 1800s.
It depicts the mythical hero Paris of the Trojan cycle, in typical iconography wearing "frigio" hat.
Small crazing and chipping, patina, but overall in very excellent condition.
