Oil on panel presumably Tuscan or in any case central Italy, from around the end of 1500s.
It depicts Saint Lucia (note the saucer with eyes, an iconographic testimony) presenting herself to the Madonna with Baby Jesus in her arms.
The artist's happy hand, vivid colors and typical Italian painting from the end of the 1500s.
